The Second Challenge is to provide a real warranty to the home owner. Many customers think
that just because the label on the materials shows a “25 year warranty”, this is how long they are
covered. In reality, manufacturers deny most claims because of improper installation. Aside from
that, many companies simply go out of business - stranding the customer at a critical time.
The solution is simple - 50% of net profits is paid into a trust account to ensure that any future
warranty claims are fully funded. Even the nation’s largest home improvement companies neglect
this aspect of customer protection.
So where does the other 50% of the net profits go? That is the Third Challenge. We decided to
donate it for Cancer Research, as well as various other charities connected to the disease. Your
